Commercial washers with RPZ on both the hot and cold water supply. Soft seated cone checks on both sides of the backflow preventers.
Existing epoxy coated 4" 909 serving the dialysis center was in tough shape and replaced with a 2" Febco 825YA which was solid brass.
Two 21/2" 909's epoxy coated valves replaced with two 2" Febco 825YA's.

We added soft seated cone checks on both sides of the backflow preventers along with water hammer arrestors.

This epoxy coated backflow was replaced with a new stainless steel DCVA.
Replaced it with a new stainless steel RPZ with OS&Y valves.
This build up was from the epoxy coated OS&Y valve before it. This backflow was taken out along with the old OS&Y valves later on.
This Wilkens DCVA was stuck in the open position.
None of the ball valves worked and was replaced later on.

We installed for the first time Flowmatic cone checks along with a thermal expansion tank. This helped our new backflow preventers from being effected by rising and falling pressures.
A 6" DCVA had to be installed onto this existing fire sprinkler system. The room was very small.
We installed this special design DCVA that fit our needs perfectly.
This new DCVA replaced the defective one on the floor.
This old leaky 909 was replaced and repiped with new.
This replaced that leaky 4"909. Two new Febco 825YA RPZ's.
We took out the old Watts 6" 909 and replaced it with five 2" Febco 825YA's.
